Three Pillar Audit
Most companies entering the ag market don't know what they don't know.
The Three Pillar Audit is a ground-level assessment of one product across the three areas that determine whether a biological actually scales: regulatory strategy, science and efficacy, and sales-ready storytelling.
You'll walk away knowing exactly where your foundation is strong, where it's thin, and what to prioritize in the next three to six months before those gaps become expensive problems.
What gets assessed:
Regulatory Strategy: not whether you're compliant, but whether your registration path supports where you actually want to go. Who are you selling to? Are you a standalone product or an ingredient? Is your science supporting that strategy or quietly working against it?
Mode of Action and Efficacy: what trial work exists, where it was done, what it measured, and whether it adds up to a credible, defensible story. Do you have a stated mode of action? Can you support it?
Science-to-Sales Translation: across all of your lab work, field trials, and farmer demos, what have you generated that can actually tell your story commercially? Biologicals are hard to see working. How are you making the invisible visible?
